Some places to get cool tools, oodles of stuff, specialized materials, and more. Caveat Emptor. No guarantees.
We have a substantial inventory of parts and consumables for your project, especially in the electronics area. A shared google doc lists some of the inventory. Ask if we have it before buying it! Proper etiquette is to replace what you use, if it's a popular thing, or donate in kind. Parts and supplies are for “making”, not to replace something broken at home. This is a loose distinction, do what you think is in the spirit of the maker movement.
For example, if you use the last of the wood glue, buy a new bottle. If you use the last the last of the 555 timers, we will buy you a beer.
We have some unique items.
And a large collection of “junk”.
