This workshop series will explore basic electronics and the capabilities of the Arduino platform. Participants will build simple projects using commonly available components, with an eye to experimentation and innovation.

This first session introduces the Arduino platform and the development environment. It also outlines the basic electronics needed to blink light-emitting diodes.

You will need:

  • A laptop with the Arduino software installed
  • An Arduino or compatible clone with USB cable (a clone is available for $10)
